Welcome to Berginhouse.com. These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, products, and services provided by Berginhouse.com. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products and Services

1.1. Nature of Products : Berginhouse.com offers house design plans, including Container House Plans and Small House Plans. These products are digital downloads.

1.2. Accuracy of Information : We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and images. However, we do not warrant that all information is completely accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

2. Purchase and Payment

2.1. Ordering Process : When you place an order, you agree to purchase the products according to these Terms.

2.2. Payment : All payments are processed through PayPal. We do not collect or store your credit card/payment information. You must comply with PayPal's terms of service.

2.3. Pricing : All prices are listed in USD (or other specified currency) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Digital Product Delivery

3.1. Delivery Method : Products are delivered as digital files (digital downloads) via the email provided during checkout or through a download link provided after the transaction is complete.

3.2. Customer Responsibility : The customer is responsible for providing an accurate email address. We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from an incorrect or invalid email address.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage License (Copyright)

4.1. Product Copyright : All design plans, images, texts, and other content on Berginhouse.com are the intellectual property of Berginhouse.com

4.2. Product Usage License : When you purchase design plans from Berginhouse.com, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Personal Use: Construct ONE single structure according to that design.

Not Allowed:

Resell, distribute, republish, or share the design plans in any form.

Use the design to construct more than one structure without purchasing an additional license.

Use the design for commercial purposes (e.g., developing multi-unit projects) without a separate written licensing agreement.

5. Refund Policy

Since our products are digital materials that can be copied immediately upon download, we enforce a strict refund policy.

General Rule: All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions: Refunds will only be considered if the digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a replacement. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

6.1. Construction Responsibility : The customer understands and agrees that the design plans are conceptual and technical drawings only. The actual execution of construction is subject to local laws, building codes, and the actual conditions of the site.

6.2. No Legal Warranty : Berginhouse.com does not warrant that the design plans will comply with all building codes, zoning regulations, or laws in the specific location where you are building. The customer is entirely responsible for consulting with a licensed architect, structural engineer, and local authorities before commencing construction.
