Refund policy

Refund Policy for Berginhouse.com

(Effective Date: November 12, 2025)

This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of digital products (house design plans) from Berginhouse.com

1. General Principle

Due to the nature of the products as immediately downloadable digital materials that can be copied and cannot be physically returned, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, except for the cases expressly stipulated below.

2. Cases Eligible for Refund (Refund Eligibility)

We only consider refunds in the following circumstances:

2.1. Technical File Error

The design plan file you received is corrupted, erroneous, or cannot be opened.

You have contacted us for technical support, and we are unable to provide a functional replacement copy within 48 hours of receiving your error notification.

2.2. Duplicate Purchase Error

A customer has unintentionally purchased the same design plan twice within a short period. We will refund the second duplicate transaction.

3. Refund Request Process

Request Deadline: You must submit a refund request within [Example: 7 days] from the date of purchase.

Required Information: Refund requests must be sent via email to : containerhome.tvd@gmail.com and must include:

Order Number.

Name of the purchased product.

Detailed reason for the refund (e.g., "Corrupted file cannot be opened" or "Duplicate purchase").

Proof of the error (if applicable, e.g., a screenshot of the error message).

Review: We will review your request and respond within [Example: 3 - 5 business days].

4. Refund Execution

If your request is approved, the refund amount will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal).

The process for the funds to return to your account may take [Example: 5 - 10 business days] depending on the policies of PayPal and your bank.

5. Circumstances Not Eligible for Refund (Non-Refundable Circumstances)

We refuse refunds in the following cases: Change of Mind: The customer changes their mind after successfully downloading the file.

Incompatibility: The customer finds the file incompatible with their specialized software (it is the customer's responsibility to check file format information before purchase).

Construction Issues: The customer is unable to build according to the design due to issues related to local building codes or actual site conditions (refer to Section 6 in the Terms of Service).
