Our service system can be online, free consultation, easy ordering and payment, affordable prices/costs/architectural service fees because they are suitable for the area of the house.
Architect Bergin has more than 20 years of experience in designing houses throughout Vietnam and the world. Currently, we have carried out more than 1,500 projects on traditional house design and container house projects.
PRICES OF LATEST HOME DESIGN SERVICES IN 2025
10m²< 50m²: design package price 400$
50m²< 100m²: design package price 600$
100m²< 200m²: design package price 800$
> 200m² : We will quote when we have information about the area.
PAYMENT PERIOD
FIRST PHASE PAYMENT Customers pay Phase I 50% of the total design cost. You will receive all images describing the floor plan and interior details in the form of a conceptual design (Video attached).

PHASE 2 PAYMENT Customers pay phase II 30% of the total production design cost:
Three-dimensional (3D) model drawing. The 3D image of the building determines the height of the building, the shape of the building, and the style of the building. 5-minute video simulating project details inside and out (Video attached).

PHASE THREE PAYMENTCustomer makes Phase III Payment/Refund of 20% of total design cost for production:
Construction drawings/Technical drawings as required by the implementation team/contractor/contractor as reference documents during the construction process (as attached image)
Drawings include:
- floor plan
- wall detail
- door dimensions
- elevations
- sections
- electrical diagrams
- water supply and drainage diagrams
Column and foundation positioning diagram (for traditional houses built of concrete or wood)
Note: What is not included: Home design drawings typically do not include mechanical, plumbing, or steel truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require the local architect or engineer to modify the drawings to comply with local building codes.
