Small House Design SM24 : 4 Bedrooms - 3 Bathrooms

DISCOVER THE DREAM LIVING SPACE: A SOPHISTICATED 3-BEDROOM VILLA

Welcome back to our architectural design blog. Today, I will take you on a tour of an inspiring villa—a perfect blend of European classical beauty and modern convenience. With a layout of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this is an ideal sanctuary for families who love luxury yet stay connected to nature.
Exterior: A Grand First Impression
From the outside, the house exudes stability with its neutral-toned brick walls paired with a classic French Mansard roof. The highlight is the soaring arched windows and ornate wrought-iron balconies blooming with flowers. In front of the house lies an outdoor relaxation area featuring a curved swimming pool, warm wooden decking, and cozy sun loungers, creating a true resort-like atmosphere at home.
The house is clearly divided into two levels
1st Floor (Ground): Focuses on communal living spaces including a double-height living room, kitchen, dining area, a guest bedroom, and a home office.
2nd Floor: Private quarters featuring 2 large bedrooms (including the Master suite), ensuite bathrooms, and a convenient laundry area.
Entrance and Living Room: The Art of Luxury
Stepping through the main door, you are welcomed by a magnificent living room. The centerpiece is a pristine white Grand Piano set upon an intricate mandala rug. The lighting is meticulously curated with crystal chandeliers and vintage wall lamps. The combination of a cozy fireplace, arched built-in bookshelves, and a tufted Chesterfield sofa creates a high-class yet inviting reception space.
The kitchen and dining areas are designed with an open layout, connecting seamlessly to the living room. Dark oak cabinetry reaching the ceiling provides a sense of grandeur and vast storage space. A kitchen island combined with a breakfast bar allows for easy interaction.
Adjacent is an elegant 6-seat white dining set, placed under charming floral pendant lights, offering a view of the lush garden through large glass panes.
Each bedroom has its own personality:
Master Bedroom: Dominated by creamy white tones with an artistic nature-themed accent wall. A premium upholstered bed combined with vintage lamps creates a 5-star hotel-quality rest space.
Children’s Bedroom: Features dynamic denim blue tones, decorated with Union Jack motifs and toy trains to stimulate creativity.
Guest Bedroom: Simple yet sophisticated with large windows that flood the room with natural light.
The bathrooms are a perfect blend of monochrome patterned floor tiles and luxurious brass fixtures. Arched mirrors and floral wallpapers add a romantic touch.
Notably, the laundry area is smartly positioned on the second floor, making household chores much more convenient and organized.
Conclusion : This villa is not just a building; it is a masterpiece of arrangement and lifestyle enjoyment. Every detail, from the exterior to the interior, is calculated to provide maximum comfort for the owner. If you are looking for ideas for your future home, I hope this design has provided you with the ultimate inspiration.
